as well as all HACCP Guidelines with regards to manufacture, storage, transportation
and hygiene.

Weekly
controls conducted by the district veterinary office from Waldshut-Tiengen,
along with regular medical examinations of all the persons who deal with
foods and daily controls by our manufacture management guarantee the best
possible quality standard on a long term basis.
Furthermore, the independent foods laboratory of Dr. Merten, in Freiburg regularly
conducts chemical-bacteriological examinations of our products and inspects
not only the quality of our meat, but also the appropriate handling with foods
and proper adherence of cooling temperatures.
