Our EU manufacture site in Wehr meets the most updated standard of meat production with regards to manufacture and hygiene technology and indeed all requirements are given for the manufacture of premium quality and completely hygienically manufactured Döner-Kebab products.

Especially disposed production spaces were created for each production process on more then 1,500 sqm to meet high quality demands guaranteeing a hygienically clean handling of foods in every single phase of production.

For the manufacture of the MadoSi-Döner we purchase of course only freshly slaughtered meat from selected suppliers with EU authorization.
This meat – from veal, beef, lamb and poultry – is manufactured here at our premises in several work steps to an end product which will, in all aspects, convince also you.
